Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

Every mala is created entirely by hand, after you order, using stones and materials chosen specifically for your intention. Because each piece is custom made for one person and cannot be remade for another, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

That said, we stand fully behind the quality of our work.

  • If your mala arrives damaged: If your package is damaged in transit or your mala arrives with a defect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will repair or replace — no questions asked.

  • If your cord or construction fails: Every mala is hand-knotted and finished with care. If anything comes loose or fails within 30 days of delivery through normal wear, we will repair it for you at no cost. Simply contact us and we'll make it right.

  • On natural stones: Because every gemstone is a product of the earth, natural variations in color, pattern, and tone are part of what makes each mala unique. These variations are not defects and are not grounds for return.

  • On timing: Our standard making and shipping time is approximately three weeks from order. This is not a delay — it is the process of making something by hand, for you, with care. If you have a specific date in mind, please reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
