Shipping Policy

Every mala is custom made by hand after your order comes in. Because of this, please allow approximately three weeks from your order date for making and shipping. This time is part of the process — not a delay. Your mala is being made with intention, and that cannot be rushed.

Domestic Shipping — United States
We ship all orders within the United States via UPS. A flat shipping rate of $8.95 applies to every order, regardless of location. If you'd like your order to arrive faster once it's been made, Priority shipping is available at checkout for $15.95.

Once your mala is complete and dropped at our local UPS Store, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it on its way to you.

Estimated delivery after shipping:
Standard shipping — 2–5 business days after dispatch
Priority shipping — 1–2 business days after dispatch

Shipping insurance
Every order includes shipping insurance. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date and we will file a claim and make it right.

International Shipping
We are currently shipping within the United States only. International shipping will be coming in the future — if you're outside the US and would love a mala, reach out and we'll let you know when we expand.

A note on timing
The 2–3 week window is our standard. If you have a specific date in mind — a birthday, a holiday, a meaningful occasion — please contact us before ordering and we will do everything we can to work with your timeline. We never want timing to be the reason someone misses out.
